Introduction

By using ZarmisHub, you acknowledge this policy. Saved media stays on your device. A lightweight backend may process links you submit so previews and downloads can work; details are below.

Who we are

ZarmisHub is a Zarmis media app (package com.zarmis.zarmishub). Zarmis builds apps focused on creativity, focus, and useful mobile tools.

No account required

ZarmisHub does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide a name, email, or password to use the app in v1.

What we store on your device

Media you save (videos, images, audio), library metadata, preferences (for example Wi‑Fi-only downloads), and related local state stay in app storage on your device.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes that local library according to your device’s rules. Optional export to Photos copies files you choose into your photo library; those copies are then governed by your device Photos settings.

What our servers may process

When you paste or share a link, the app may send that URL to Zarmis Hub servers to resolve a preview and prepare a download. Servers may also process technical signals needed for reliability and abuse prevention, such as an install identifier, app version / OS, and resolve or download event codes.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use saved media files as a cloud library—files you keep remain on your device unless you export or share them yourself.

Clipboard

Clipboard access is user-initiated (for example when you choose to paste a link). We do not continuously read your clipboard in the background.

Photos permission

If you choose to export a saved item to Photos, the app may ask for permission to add media to your library. You can deny permission and still use the in-app library.

Copyright and personal use

ZarmisHub helps you save media you have the right to keep for personal use. Respect creators, copyright, and each platform’s terms. You are responsible for how you use downloaded files.

What we don’t do

• Require an account to use the core save flow in v1
• Sell your personal data
• Upload your private library to a Zarmis cloud gallery

Your choices

Clear app data or uninstall to remove the on-device library and preferences.

Revoke Photos permission in device settings if you previously allowed export.

Avoid pasting links you do not want processed by the resolve service.
